• Return the completed form, including payment details, by fax or email as indicated on the form.
  Our training programs are popular, so we recommend you do this as soon as possible to ensure a place on your nominated course. Your place can also be secured by noting your credit card details on the enrolment form. If your employer is paying for the course, we will invoice them direct.


• We will confirm receipt of your enrolment form by email.


• Please note: you will be required to provide payment for the course in full on commencement unless you have made prior arrangements with us.
